Kerridge system conversion that we went through the following steps:
1- Comparing the functions and the data.
- Comparing functions: We wanted to make sure that all the functions that were available in the old system will be available in the new one, unless there is a reason or there is a substitute.
- Comparing the Data:
A- To make all the old data elements are available in the new system with there proper specs. This was made after reviewing the files.
B- To make sure that information is available in each user that covers his needs. This was decided in view of old and new screens in general some thing for reports.
2- System was updated to adapt to user requirements, reports, screens, and reports layouts. Etc.
3- Data was converted from old to new system. (VSAM & ADABAS Natural data file from IBM VSE/ESA ES-9000 Mainframe Machine to IBM Risk6000 \[RS6000\] UNIX System).
4- The new system was thoroughly tested. Comparing the similar screens, reports etch. And verifying the results.

- Assemble I specific solutions from my system analyst experience to certain controls plan industries.
- Export Data from Primavera and import into custom made Delphi Language programs (Paradox DB) to improves alignment, execution and control, assuring that the corporation's most strategic needs.

During this period the Company fieldwork are Electrical Cable & Elec. Transmutation Lines. I was a project manager In IT team department, so we design and execute a complete integrated interactive system for Electricity work, Finance, Fixed assets, Payroll & M/P affairs, Stores, sales and customers follow-up. In this integrated system we use the Dbase IIIP and Borland C programming language.
Directly after my graduated I requested from the ABO ELAZM hospital to build a complete Medical system for the hospital procedures and requested. So I stayed two years with team to build and maintenance this system using the Borland Dbase and Borland C language (PC Network Computers). I toke a good experience from this job because we start this project from zero.
