▬ Position Objective ▬

Support the business in the full resourcing / Talent Acquisition life cycle. As part of the wider HR team, my role plays a key part in pro-actively sourcing candidates for both blue and White collars positions, whilst maintaining a superior talent acquisition service to internal clients and external candidates.
▬ Scope of Responsibilities ▬

▬ Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
▬ Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
▬ Place internal/external adverts and undertake proactive candidate search
▬ Arrange interviews for short listed candidates, send invitations and collate prep/materials required by interview panel
▬ Participate in projects across the Talent Acquisition disciplines as required and directed to support achievement of business objectives
▬ Participate in employment events, such as career fairs
▬ Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.

Support the ongoing expansion in BEC progressive projects through establishing and developing effective recruitment department that will enable the company to provide the needed manpower with the required skills on the right time.

▬ Work closely with the business up to Partner level to understand requirements and advise them accordingly.
▬ Conduct the recruitment needs assessments with hiring managers while managing a high volume of open requisitions.
▬ Sourcing and attracting the perfect caliber candidates that match the business culture and objectives.
▬ Analyzing and measuring recruitment sources and take the needed corrective actions.
▬ Building a strong relationship with the internal department managers and external recruitment agencies.
▬ Monitoring and constantly reducing the costs of the recruitment process and activities.
▬ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure performance and quality standards are exceeded.

▬ Establishing the recruitment department from scratch.

▬ Developing new recruitment sources from different countries to support the ongoing demands of the manpower.
▬ Establishing an effective recruitment database for both Blue & White collars.

Manage the attracting and recruiting process all over a group of 18 companies in different industries for talented staff at all levels according to approved annual manpower plan in order to achieve recruitment target and fulfill the organizational capacity as well as participating in all development and restructuring projects.
