• Management of Qatar Crash Analysis System "Q-CAS" at Ashghal and International Road Assessment Program iRAP and issuing evaluation and investment plan.
• Conduct studies to mitigate traffic accidents and identify their root causes, aligning with the National Traffic Safety Commission's execution plans.
• Conduct comprehensive on-site accident investigations to meticulously determine the causes, contributing factors, and circumstances surrounding each incident
• Assessment of safety of schemes including traffic diversion plans TDP and monitor compliance with approved TDP.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluation of the existing safety infrastructure and furniture to assess their effectiveness in mitigating road hazards and enhancing safety.
• Conduct pedestrian safety assessment with a specific focus on vulnerable road users. This assessment aims to pinpoint potential risks and hazards they face and subsequently devise and put into action the essential safety measures.
• Study accidents within work zones to assess safety and compliance and provide input to update to WZTMG task force.
• Business intelligence BI Reporting. Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for HOMD Section.
• Member of Road Monitoring Centre RMC and Traffic Optimization Task Force.
• Develop communication, relations and prepare the technical content for strategic partnership agreements with different stakeholders (expert companies, universities, academic institutes, ).
• Issuing special reports for accident analysis, monthly statistics, and the annual report.
• Supporting the internal engineering departments Ashghal by providing the necessary information from "Q-CAS" "Q-iRAP" systems
• Supervising the execution of Ashghal road safety action plans producing both quarterly and annual reports to record and highlight our accomplishments and progress.

Road Safety:
• Developing traffic management plans in accordance with legislation, policies, procedures, and relevant Standards
• Reviewing and approving all traffic analysis and traffic impact studies, Road Safety Audit reports, and other technical studies submitted to Municipality.
• Conduct road safety audits at various locations
• Traffic safety and black spots analysis.
Transportation Planning
• Reviewing all traffic reports for Concept, Preliminary, and detailed design stages.
• Update Dammam travel demand Model utilizing TrasCAD.
• Review and approve traffic impact studies
• Highway Signage for preliminary and detailed design stages
• Various studies include roadside design, traffic impact studies, access management, crash analysis, and speed management.
• Prepare

• Review and evaluate the traffic management plan during and after the construction of the project in coordination with other team members and contractors.
• Perform a country wide O/D survey based on Commodity as part of freight transportation master plan
• Prepare Traffic Analysis Report (TAR) and output of Concept design stage.
• Prepare Economic analysis and life cycle and costing report utilizing HDM-4
• Attending weekly meetings with client and Sudan Road authority.
• Lead a team of nine inspector in executing the QC/QA plan
• Competently deliver active functional support for the appraisal of sub-contractors’ requirements/specifications and test construction material samples for the compliance testing with project specifications. Actively participate in job site and critical structure meetings and deliver continuous executive support to the general contractor and owner for the smooth working operations.
• Deliver impeccable expertise as an QA/QC professional, closely function with the construction & project manager, and periodically report operational activities performance.
• Steer efforts towards the physical inspection of multiple construction sites while review Geo-Technical reports and put forward the recommendation of Geo-Technical Engineer for the assessment process.
• Utilise key skills and expertise for the development of quality control plan through rigorous evaluation of the project plans and specifications as well as document & record routine inspection reports and lab results. Critically examine laboratory & inspection data and perform compliance testing with project plans and specifications.
