Responsible for leading quality processes in a manner that will have a direct impact on safety, quality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Besides, oversees Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs at multiple plants (connectivity Branch). Also to ensures development and implementation of standards, processes, skills and methodologies to enhance our product quality across the business.
Develops the Company’s Quality Management System, coordinates the Accreditation process to ensure regulatory and normative (AS9100, OSAC, EASA, FAA, CAAC ..) compliance. Lead the continuous improvement programs and ensure the Lean Manufacturing concept deployment. Deals with customers complaints and non conformances and carrying out activities to improve Company compliance with internal and external quality standards and legal requirements.
Review internal HSE policies and practices to ensure they are current and appropriate; conduct hazard and risk assessments and change existing, or develop new recommendations from these assessments
Main Activities :
- Develops and implements a Quality structure capable of supporting strategic business plans and initiatives.
- Leads the development, implementation, and improvement of the appropriate Quality Management Systems throughout the operation, providing quality leadership and support in the development and launch of new products, processes and services.
-Manages Quality customer interface to proactively assure requirements are understood and satisfied, including assisting in complaint resolution and root cause and corrective action determination.
- Ensures functional participation in product development and launch activities including identification of customer expectations, manufacturing and test support, reliability analysis, design reviews, evaluation of test programs, material testing.
- Analyzes organizational quality metrics and performs managerial reviews to evaluate results and recommend action plans to close gaps at an operational level.

- Provide to Regional Operations Sourcing Committee -conducting Supplier selection for projects- recommendation on the Supplier capability proposed for sourcing inherent to the commodity of the operation region
- Validate with purchasing network that Valeo Requirement Forms (VRF) are updated according to Group standards - and are containing Lessons Learned Cards (LLC) / Book of Defect / Commodity Check List and Design standards and Special Process Product Characteristics Tracking Sheet
- Raise to Project Quality and Project Purchasing and Commodity Purchaser - all technical issues encountered by the suppliers requiring a modification of the drawing, specification or Valeo Requirement File
- Validate PD and CA for incidents falling in his or her region of operation and the commodity in charge - in compliance with Group Standard reactivity : 24hrs / 5 days / 10 days
- Perform C1 (Tier 1 supplier) and Warranty Process Audits.
- Validate CSL1 and CSL2 requested to a supplier by a Valeo site
- Support Group Segment SQA Leader in the preparation of the Top Worst Suppliers meetings when supplier improvement is required

- Visit Customer to insure the Quick response during incident
- Prepare V5000 and System Audits ( ISO 9001/TS )
- collect data, perform analysis directly in production area in order to complete FTA PDCA analysis for internal and external issues and Create Lesson Learned Cards
