• Manage the incoming sales booking and place the intercompany Purchase Orders
• Set Monthly and Yearly targets and to ensure that the Regulators/valves are being delivered without any hassle to the customer.
• Execute the order management, returns/dispute management and reporting activities for the respective county
• To proactively analyze and identify any customer requirement before shipping.
• To process intercompany PO for MRO orders as well as project orders.
• To closely work with the team to ensure the delivery of the products and services and to achieve the monthly sales target.
• To inform the customer regarding the order being processed and to timely deliver the shipping.
• To conduct all necessary checks/inspections/Bank Guarantee based on customer location and to facilitate high quality shipping and customer satisfaction.
• To follow the process and to ensure high quality products and delivery of products/services.
• Facilitation of client order instructions, verification/confirmation of instructions
• Provide high quality client service externally and internally, answering inquiries and resolving problems
• Develop and maintain strong, productive and effective relationships internally and externally
• Consistently perform all duties and responsibilities according to production and quality standards and provide high quality customer service
Responsibilities:
• Requirements gathering and discussion with Client.
• Preparation of Proposals and following up on potential clients/proposal
• Tailoring the solution according to client requirement and suggest new solutions/design.
• Preparation of relevant reports and or sales report
• Adhering to targets and responsibilities.
• Maintaining good vendor relationship and negotiation.
• Conducting procurements
• Releasing LPO’s for vendors or suppliers
• Requirements gathering and discussion with Client.
• Reporting to the Client/Team Lead/Manager based on project requirement
• Preparation of requirements document and support documents.
• Provide technical support during production run and resolve critical issues.
• Provide technical support for critical problems on time.
• Coordinate with team members and managers for major job changes.
• Design, Development, Testing and Deployment of interfaces.
