Monitor employee promoting fairness, equity and diversity as part of the culture of the Company
Review and develop policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
Work closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement HR policies and procedures

Investigate and follow up on grievance, harassment and disciplinary cases, conduct grievance and disciplinary interviews with employees and produce the necessary investigation reports with recommendations

Systematically follow up on performance appraisal appeals and recommend necessary action
Implement disciplinary procedures requested by line management, including the issue of warning letters and contract termination notices;
Liaison with the Chief Medical Officer on employee cases with a medical dimension or repercussion, Follow up on sick leaves and employees’ medical cases, including consideration of termination of contract on medical grounds.
Liaison with employees and their families in event of mishaps, accidents or fatalities to ensure availability of appropriate and timely support.
Coordinate the individual development plan for developee (UAE nationals/expat) and follow up their development plan quarterly.
Participate in internal recruitment, events preparation, collecting CV's, initial interview, and act as member of the recruitment panel.
Participate in induction of new recruits, familiarize them with the policy and procedures, facilitate the issuance of their visa, tickets, emirates id, and security pass, and assign them to their departments.
Effective participation in changing and enhancing the system related projects.
Initiatives to enhance the overall process / services of the department.
Preparing HR Action Forms, such as new appointment, approved changes in employee status, e.g. promotion, transfer, etc. checks for authorized documentation, calculate employee new salary, allowances, etc, and follows up with payroll for necessary action.
Uses SAP_HR system for entering and processing employees’ entitlements related to education assistance, allowance, leaves, overtime, air passage, etc. and ensure that the entitlements are entered and processed in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Processing Duty Travel Request Forms, including checking for proper authorization, classifying as per employee’s grade, air fare, period and per diem entitlement, process to payroll and travel coordinator for ticketing and following up “Return From Duty Forms” for deduction/refund as necessary.
Calculate employee’s end of services benefits as per company policy and procedures receives the clearance from the concerned Divisions and prepare the release letter as required to payroll for payment.
Liaises with HR/A Department in main office for checking various allowances such as Transportation, Remote Area, Settlement, Hotel Accommodation, etc. and ensures that all the information required are correct and processed accordingly.
Performs others related duties, such as answering routine Personnel Administration enquiries, assisting in the preparation of statistical data, preparing probationary period status letter, and confirmation letter.
Issues from SAP_HR various reports as when requested by other Divisions/Departments.
Coordinate for internal advertisement for vacant position and arrange resume’s collection, sorting, & follow up to conduct initial interview.
Participates regularly in Information session, meetings, and internal & external workshops.
Participates in updating the HR manuals, policy & procedures.
Filling &updating the crew list through the database software & Microsoft Excel
Handle new recruits documents for visa processing
Arrange medical check for new recruits along with the health insurance card issuance
Coordinate with HR for new recruits allocation & hotel accommodation process.
Co-operate with induction process for new recruits and follow up with employee appraisal forms.
Deal with governmental departments such as; Dubai municipality, Civil defense, Ministry of foreign affairs. And Ministry of labours in terms of documentation and employee relations.
Coordinating all Human Resources Administration issues for all employees including receiving new employees and organizing their human resources allocations.
Ensuring that all data pertaining to employees entered into the system is correct and in accordance with the actual supporting documents.
Managing personnel files and employment records, passports, visas, labor cards, Health Insurance.
Use of HRS to record, maintain, plan and manage company’s human resources.
Preparing appointment letters/offer letters for new employed staff
Preparation of experience certificates, salary certificates
Preparation of staff settlements calculations i.e. leave settlements, final settlements etc.
Implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures and ensuring all necessary documentation for staffing.
Updating personal details and visa details and preparing Staffing process including contracts preparation.
Attendance and time sheet preparation on daily basis, overtime monitoring, recording.
Administering all kinds of leaves including end of service benefits and related personnel issues.
Self-Correspondence and translation skills from Arabic into English and vice versa.
Thorough knowledge of U.A.E Labor laws.
