Manage and deliver Telecom solutions:
Manage a number of concurrent projects ensuring they meet customer expectations on quality,
technical requirements, established schedules and commercial agreements
Primary point of contact for all communication with the customer for the affected projects

- Supporting, maintaining and installing Telecom software
- Installation, integration, testing, commissioning, live activation
- Live support, helpdesk, change requests, customer technical follow-up
- System monitoring, heath-care, preventive maintenance, training
- Emergency Support (first level emergency, incident reporting and follow-up)
- Pre-sales Support (upon availability participate in sales tenders, proposals and meetings)

Administrate more than 150 Linux Servers.
Network Administrator, Pfsense, Juniper, OpenVPN, SVN, CVS, Ldap, DHCP, DNS, IP phone server Based on Asterisk, Video Conf LifeSize
Security : Nessus, PCI compliance Scan, OSSIM, IBM rational Scan, nmap
Monitor: Zabbix, Mrtg, Munin
Cloud Computing: Amazon, RackSpace
I was responsible to install Linux Servers and Administrate also VoIP system based on Asterisk. Firewall install and Network configuration based on PfSense and DNS and DHCP Servers.
Also Install and Configure Cluster based on RHEL
