Manpower Planning & Recruitment Specialist. (Acting as Manager of MP & R).
- planning for manpower needs (coordinating with BF managers for real needs to be matching company's goals).
- Managing all recruitment activites (shortlisting, interviewing, assessing, selection).
- Managing most of the HR activities (as once Privatization started in MTCBU-MAKKAH & TAIF Cities Business Unit i was the first NWC employee joined MTCBU).
Additional to my work; I’m responsible for OD, JDs, stru, and ERP
1- Managing Manpower plan.
- analyzing manpower needs. (analyzing job in order to know the real needs)
- making sure needs fit the structure, if there is required structure change, we work for HQ approval.
- Managing all recruitment activities (interviewing, selection, hiring).
Managing all HR function such as : Recruitment, Training, Employee Services, and OD.
a student Adviser and an English teacher.
2008 & 2009 stopped for Master degree. After graduation, i got back to my previous job.
It is a seasonal job, but still handling huge tasks. I used to manage and supervise four areas in the Holy Mashaer (following up staff to ensure progress, managing purshasing, negotiatting dealing with contractors, and ensure the offered services to the pilgrims).
