* Setup, maintenance and repairs of all IT systems
* Draft IT policies and documents
* Maintain and operate the website and webmail of the company.
* Supervision of all Cargo Tracking Note/Advance Cargo Declaration in and out
of Sierra Leone
* Ensure the five(5) sub sections of the department is operational
* Liaise with all shipping liners, shippers and forwarders on compliance to the
ISPS Scheme.

* Responsible for the purchase of computer hardware and accessories for
customers.

* Responsible for the daily maintenance and supervision of all computer and
electronics devices.
* Responsible for the repair of computers, laptops and other devices in the
agency or external if required.
* Responsible for typing, designing, photocopying and printing clients work.
* Assist also in the sales and supply of stationery items.
* Responsible for the configuration and installation of 3G/CDMA Modems.
* Assist in the daily running of the agency.
* Assist in drawing building design and estimates for construction projects.
* Responsible for the servicing, maintenance and repairs of clients’ computers
when called.
* Help in the installation and maintenance of VSAT.
