Human Resources Management.
• Manage the entire human resource system of the hotel.
• Manage the financial system by cutting down cost by 3.5% monthly and increasing revenue profile by 6% monthly
• Head the management team ( Six Senior Managers) of the hotel.
• Establish an effective cost control mechanism for the hotel
•Build an effective and efficient customer’s service delivery system for the hotel.
•Establish cost effective purchasing system for the hotel( by reducing P.C. by 20% in 6 months )
• Improve the image projection of the hotel through effective customer service.
• Build the revenue profile of the hotel (by 37%) through sales and market expansion in first six month
.Monitor overall operations of the Hotel
• Cordinates the management team
•Design an effective management practices for the hotel
•Design human resource performance appraisals.
•Design strategic marketing approach for the hotel.
• Monitor all marketing communication programs.
• Design and Monitor costs control system for the hotel
• Design facilities mangement system for the hotel
• Supervise takeoff of new hotel under the group.
