• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features and benefits
• Approach browsing customers and initiate conversations to determine buying preferences.
• Ensure the store is neat, clean and organized throughout each business day.
• Managing the inventory
• Sign customers up for marketing lists and inform of upcoming promotions or customer events.

• Greet visitors with a positive attitude, providing general gallery information. Answers questions
• Answers phones, transfer/screens calls, and takes messages.
• Maintains accurate records. Writes invoices, processes payments, files forms and records.
• Assists sales consultants with written support materials.
• Assists in monitoring client accounts.
• Assists in preparing for monthly exhibitions
