Lead an HSE team of 25 for 6 operating production sites + 6 HSE sup for well ops, to implement the HSE MS and the development of safety culture within the new Zubair field project and ensure implementation of the HSE standards, guidelines and best code of practices, in the joint venture locally where the challenge is great to get the local work force and management adhering the international standards for all field operations,
Develop and implement HSE training strategy to develop knowledge and competency of the local workforce as well as providing HSE training courses to local work force
Liaise with internal organization as well as with local partner and authorities about all HSE subject

Leading an HSE team ( Corporate office + fields HSE teams ) different projects accross Oman within OOCEP organization to achieve a challenging best performances by implementing a performant HSE MS, implementing all required HSE procedures and guidelines within the organization .
Having Overall responsible for managing of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) activities within the organization .
Accountable for implementing, documenting and monitoring the safety programs/plans and corresponding budgets, and ensuring development, and maintenance of Company's Safety Manual with corresponding overall and general procedures, instructions and notes.
Responsible to keep the Top management informed on status and progress on all Critical HSE activities/ Inputs / events and to propose action Plan for improvement.
Responsible for monitoring the efficiency of HSE action plans and correct implementation of corrective actions.
Available on assisting the different department managers in their activities and business with establishing procedures, instructions etc.
Overall responsible for following-up the HSE Organization business
