Key Responsibilities:
Personnel and process Safety:
− Review reports, feedback, and input from Contractors and Subcontractors of HSE-related issues.
− Monitor HSE compliance and performance.
− Provide support and facilitate clear communication and understanding of the HSE Management System.
− Contribute to the development of safety programs, ensuring the availability of safety manuals, hazardous area instructions, materials, publications, and posters. Recommend improvements for areas with unsafe working conditions, particularly in operational environments.
− Prepare and update safety inspection checklists and schedules for hazard assessments at facilities.
− Collaborate with HSE technical experts to participate in HSE-related studies (HAZID/HAZOP/EIE/EDD....).
− Audit, review, and assess deployed projects and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and sustainability.
− Participate in incident investigations, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on the implementation of recommendations.
− Contribute to the review and revision of the Company’s Audit and Contractor Management Procedures, ensuring alignment with safety regulations and operational standards.
Environmental management and sustainability
− Ensured compliance with Algerian regulations and international standards related to the Environmental.
− Implemented and monitored the Environmental Management System (EMS).
− Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual environmental reports to management and regulatory authorities.
− Manage environmental CAPEX and OPEX budgets and followed up on project expenditures.
− Environmental monitoring programs for air emissions (GHGs), industrial & domestic effluents, soil, and noise.
− Permanent member of the GHG project monitoring committee and contributor to emissions reduction initiatives.

− Developing and monitoring projects for drilling waste treatment and contaminated sand treatment.
− Managing chemical storage facilities.
− Managing hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
− NORM waste management, including decontamination projects and monitoring of dedicated storage areas.
− Conduct environmental inspections, audits, and implemented corrective and preventive action plans.
− Collaborate with HSE experts to execute Environmental Impact Studies (EIS/EIA) in accordance with Algerian regulations.
− Monitoring contractors’ environmental performance and ensured compliance with BMS requirements.
− Implement spill prevention and response measures for oil and chemical incidents.
− Deliver environmental awareness and compliance training for employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all work is carried out by the Business Management System Procedures.
Maintain up-to-date listings of courses and dates available at regional training centres and any new courses offered.
Hold pre-tour meetings, pre-job safety meetings, and weekly meetings and participate in management meetings.
Make sure paperwork is well filled out before task commencement (PTW, TRICS, JSA, and TBT).
Perform safety equipment inspections and hygiene inspections, make sure and collect inspections performed by other supervisors in their respective areas and communicate them to the line manager.
Perform daily HSE tours, intervene when anomalies are found, and consider/perform corrective actions.
Make sure daily safe walkabouts are done, consider corrective action, and communicate feedback to the line manager.
Perform gas tests using the gas detector for hot works or confined space work at the rig site.
Investigate incidents/accidents, write reports, and implement corrective actions
Conduct Drills (BOP, Fire, Master, H2S and First Aid).
Keep the PTW system: check the conformity of the PTW as per procedure (well filled out with the necessary safety measures and PPE, the right signature of different supervisors, and the right document attached to it; JSA, lifting plan, risk assessment, and checklist.
Maintain a set card system and follow corrective actions.
Give Safety induction to new staff and visitors.
Produce monthly reports detailing courses booked, expiring, and outstanding.
Produce a monthly report of training completed for payroll purposes.
Produce reports relating to training issues and run weekly internal reports and updates as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all operations are carried out within the HSE-MS and regulations of the company as well as the client.
Consulting, advising, and directing drilling operations in HSE matters.
Ensuring that company policies are posted, known, understood, and applied by all employees.
Monitoring readiness/response to emergencies through regularly held and documented drills (fire, kick, H2S, and medevac drills).
Conducting on-site training for the rig personnel regarding safety themes.
Animating regular daily pre-job safety meetings for every shift about safety matters.
Conducting safety induction and orientation for new employees and visitors.
Promoting elimination and prevention of accidents, incidents, occupational diseases, and risks at the workplace and investigating & reporting them if occurred.
Conducting job safety analysis (JSA), hazards identification, and risk assessment for various jobs.
Ensuring adherence to the requirements of the permit to work before starting any required-permit job.
Performing inspections through different checklists, reporting findings to the rig manager.
Maintenance of the Corrective Action Register for non-compliance items arising from meetings and inspections.
In charge of PPE (endowment, request, and records).
Implanting environmental protection methods according to local and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily and monthly HSE Meetings/Training and schedule as needed.
Assist in emergency response and provide first aid treatment.
Conduct various drills such as H2S drills, fire drills, spill drills, etc.
Manage Permit to work system.
Oversee Behaviour-Based / Observation Safety Programs.
Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments, and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety, and Environmental management.
Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation.
Assist in compliance of applicable laws and regulations
Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary.
Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors.
Assist in the development and presentation of relevant HSE training.
Observe HSE regulations wears all required safety equipment, encourage safe working practices, correct obvious hazards immediately, or report them to the proper personnel.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the HSE manager.
Conducting HSE inductions and specialized the job training.

~ Managing the required PPE and creating the required safe working situations.
~ Follow up required safety procedure for excavation and levelling of the natural location to formation level.
~ Supervision of preparation of required level on a natural land for fence works and provide required safety
procedure
~ Responsible for manpower and equipment allocation and monitoring activities for a safe working site.
~ Developing and implementing circulation routes for high efficiency.
