• Manage operational activities to sustain projects implementation of EMR (Electronic Medical records), and EHR (Electronic Health Records).
• System Implementation based on an implementation methodology (Define, Design, Develop, Transition, and Deploy); and operational support.
• Control system performance and manage new requests and updates.
• Control and manage infrastructure (Network, Hardware, etc.) to sustain system implementation.
• Providing the basis for future innovation by building a solid base of operations skills and knowledge within the business.
• Reducing the costs of producing services and being efficient.
• Controlling the operations sites' consumables.
• Increasing customer satisfaction through service quality.
• Leading, managing, motivating, and directing the North sites Operations team (technical and clinical) to increase productivity.
• Working as troubleshooter with operations team (technical and clinical) in the Operational sites.
• Share issues and achievements with other organization's departments.
• Reporting major issues with C level when needed.
• Manage operational support team consists of technical and Clinical support in order to provide full support.
• Asset and hardware management including preventive maintenance.
• Data collection; define workflows, users, etc.
• Design future state workflows based on system integrated system deployment.
• Develop new system requirements, configuration of project’s specific system requirements.
• Design Training plan to different end user's classes.
• Deployment of system. Prepare roll out and go-live plans (Resources, Hardware requirements, Timeline, etc.)
• Manage team of the implementation, and coordinate with project manager to deliver project's desired goals and objectives
