2009-present: Working as a SOFTWARE DEVELOPER in Mofakro Group, kingdom of bahrain with the following responsibilities:
• To maintain and customize the existing software (Dragon), according to the Clients Requirement. Fine tuning is based on the modification meant by the customer.
• Have deep knowledge in HR/Payroll system, Inventory system,
Accounting system and project management.
• Meet with customers to determine their needs, gather the document requirements, communicate with customers throughout the development project to manage customer
expectations, resolve issues, and provide project status
• Responsible for gathering business requirements, writing
technical specifications, and coordinating releases with other departments such as Marketing etc.,
2007-2008: Worked as a Software Developer at Step Ahead Software Solution, India with the following responsibilities:
• Responsible for gathering business requirements, writing technical specifications, scoping releases, managing development and release cycles, and coordinating releases with other departments such as Marketing and Quality Assurance.
• Providing Analysis reports, led product demonstrations, and presented design proposals both internally and to customers.
• Supported and Executed various new Designed Software for enhancing the efficiency level with due accuracy
• Providing the Software Testing Reports
2005-2007: Worked as a Trainee and later as a Developer at Marlabs Software, Bangalore, India with the following responsibilities:
• Reporting to the superiors of Solutions, responsible for leading software development teams on customer projects
• Meet with customers to determine their needs, gather the document requirements, communicate with customers throughout the development project to manage customer expectations, resolve issues, and provide project status.
• Develop project plans, track project execution, manage changes, develop and execute implementation plans.
• Coordinate with other internal departments including Quality Assurance, Product Operations, and Production Support.
• Present to senior executives, provide sales support by traveling to client sites, and conduct online product demonstrations for current and prospective customers.
• Preparing the Report Writing of all the Projects done in the Department
Obtained Master of Science (M.Sc) in Software Engineering as a Major -from Anna University, India in the year 2007 Computer Programming Skills
