Aysha Safarulla

I worked at Al Hudha International School as a Primary Teacher and In-Charge Teacher, where I was responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to primary grade students in line with the school curriculum. I assessed students’ academic progress, provided regular feedback, and maintained a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supported effective learning. I also managed classroom discipline and ensured the safety and well-being of all students. In addition, I prepared lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment materials, and communicated regularly with parents regarding student progress.

As an In-Charge Teacher, I took on additional responsibilities including coordinating daily school activities, supporting fellow teachers, and ensuring smooth academic operations. I also assisted in organizing examinations, school events, and extracurricular activities while maintaining accurate student records and reports. Through my role, I demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. My key achievements include improving student engagement through interactive teaching methods, contributing to a positive learning environment, and effectively managing both teaching and administrative duties with professionalism.
