Planning and Execution of best HR Practices: Crystallize and communicate vision of the top management, Prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) as per the company vision and business objectives and Formulate HR Policies & Procedures.

•Managing HR & Admin Budget: Develop a reliable projection of budget to meet operating needs of HR & Admin and control it throughout the year.
•Manpower Planning: Prepare manpower structure & requirement in accordance with the AOP and ensure adequate staffing in terms of quantity and quality at every location.
•Performance Management: Preparing the PMS devise, ensure the proper orientation, implementation and monitoring and find opportunities to develop and stretch others and readily share own knowledge and experience.
•Statutory Compliances: Ensure all HR & Admin operations are in accordance to the UAE Law pertaining to Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Municipality, Civil defense etc and supervising the PRO activities.
•Compensation & Benefits: Prepare and review employment contract as per the grading structure and Monitor the payroll.
•Corrective & Preventive Measures: Ensure the timely disciplinary corrective and preventive actions as and when require for healthy work environment amongst all employees and Handel employee grievance in accordance to the UAE Labour Law.
