• Confident handling, analyzing and interpreting data
• Expert in a fast paced environment and get a sense of achievement meeting goals and targets
• Experience in underwriting - Motor trade_New Business_ Property & Casualty.
Full working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Understanding of the UK General Insurance market.
• Strong ability to communicate, build, develop and maintain broker relationships.
• Analytical with strong influencing and negotiating skills.
• A good level of numerical and verbal reasoning skills and Able to organize own workload to
meet tight deadlines and support the team and branch in delivering excellent service levels
• Ensure consistency in delivery by embodying a "get it right fir time and on time" mindset.
