• Manage administrative tasks and requests
• Provide support to other departments regarding data and requirements and completing purchase orders
• Coordinate meetings, documenting and circulating the minutes of the meeting and following up the implementation of the recommendations
• Update information and data periodically and implement an efficient data archiving system
• Prepare letters and respond to messages received from external and internal parties
• Manage other administrative tasks requested by direct manager
