- Supervise all Human Resources Department activities. - Management and develop the services and procedures of the Personnel Department. - Follow up all activities of personnel department with respect to discipline, and update staff records, attendance, and varied holiday including conversion and transfer of the employees from one location to other. - Follow up the appointment of the new staff and doing the necessary to open new file making sure the availability of the necessary document. - Personnel involvement to create a clean and healthy work environment, for both level of the personnel department and /or at level of other department of the company. - Monitoring and follow up the developing program for Saudis and determine the necessary requirement to improve their efficiency at work and ensure their continuity to work. - Follow up and processing staff request in the company with respect the definition of the employee certificates, experience certificates and disclaimer letter. - Follow up and developing the staff loans program with the banks and find appropriate solutions in coordination with HR Manager. - Organize and supervise bank loans of employee, compensations, deduction and end of service benefits and follow up work injuries making sure to raise the necessary reports to insurance companies. - Follow up and cooperate regarding the renewal of Iqamas, transfer of the sponsorship, exit re-entry and activity of the GOSI coordination with government supervisor. - Recommending & discussing about any program that deems to you enhance & develop the Personnel Department. - Follow up and make sure issuance of the medical cards for all employees of the company. - Follow up, develop and ending resignation, termination procedures of the staff in coordination with HR Manager. - Check and make sure Iqama professions of all employees in coordination with Government supervisor issuing monthly report to HR Manager
