Duties:
• Implementing systems of internal control and procedure
• Authorization of all recons (G/L)
• Statutory documentation and returns
• Budgeting annually and Forecasting quarterly
• Cash Flow
• Liaising with Auditors, Attorneys, Insurance Brokers, Internal Auditors, Bankers etc.
• Consolidated Monthly Management Accounts
• Review and reconcile all WIP Accounts across the businesses
• Divisional Management accounts
• Annual Year end Audits and Internal Audits
• Attend all management meetings (monthly)
• Ensuring compliance with Group reporting
• Consolidation of monthly and annual results
Duties:

• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Cash Flow
• Fixed Assets register maintenance
• Payment authorization ( first signatory)
• Liaising with Auditors, Attorneys, Insurance Brokers, Internal Auditors, Bankers etc.
• Monthly Management Accounts
• Review and reconcile all WIP Accounts across the businesses
• Divisional Management accounts
• Annual Year end Audits and Internal Audits
• Review of contracts- supplier
• Financial and Contractual Maintenance of our largest client (+- 17million per annum in revenue)
• Attend all Megapro, Warwick and Matchworld Board Meetings (quarterly)
• Attend and all management meetings (monthly)
• Attend to problematic Debtors and Creditors
• Oversee Payroll for the group
• Ensuring compliance with Group reporting
• Oversee IT function of the entity
• Oversee Administration function of the entity
• Staff Management: 1 X Accountant
3 X Accounts Clerk
1 X General Assistant
1 X Receptionist
1 X Driver
Due to the staff compliment(20) of the business I am required to get involved at all levels in the organization giving me the opportunity to make decisions and be involved in the decision making process at all levels.
