• Manage and Control the process of Procurement and material Management..
• Review Tender, Estimation, Project Specification & Drawings and develop the strategy for sourcing
• Commercial & Technical evaluation of quotations
• Development of procurement plan in line with the strategy & project execution plan

• Co-ordination with the estimation and project team for technical queries and clarifications.
• Delegation of works to the Purchaser team in line with the Procurement Plan and regular follow-ups for the progress and task assigned.

• Co-ordination, Support and assistance to the Project team and other cross-functional stakeholders
• Vendor Development and supplier appraisals based on the feedback from various project team and performance.
• Knowledge of Standard Specification of Clients such as ADNOC, ADCO, MUSANADA, JAFZA, ESTIDAMA, Dubai Green Building Regulations etc.

• Correspondences with the Sub Contractors for their follow ups.
• Conducted regular site progress meetings with the Consultants & all Sub Contractors.
• Directed workflow of 4 Engineers, supervised & trained the sub ordinates for the quality results.
• To ensure QA/QC implementation on site.
• Ensure timely completions with cost effectiveness (including MEP works) are the major target.
• Responsibilities includes Cost control, Quality control, and manpower deployment & handling with Consultants, Sub contractors & resolving day to day site problems.
