• Responsible for getting properties (Corporate & Individual)
• Responsible in getting clients for the properties sought
• Responsible in getting business for individuals or bulk deals
• Understanding client needs, analyzing their requirements, searching & assisting in viewing the properties building up a good business relationship with clients
• Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
