Introducing and converting Time based Inspections plans into Risk based
Inspection plans.
Interacting with World Leader companies for RBI studies i.e. Amethyste (France),
CM Energy (Malaysia), Antea (Italy).
PSM (Process Safety Management) working regarding Mechanical Integrity.
Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and RCA study for rotary equipment.
Vibration analysis and its coordination with T/A, maintenance plans and inspection plans for
rotary (Compressors, Turbines & pumps) and reciprocating Equipment.
Mechanical performance testing of equipment.
Implementation of API standards for all equipment.
Completion of monthly inspection plans resulting monthly inspection reports
and furnishing daily basis troubleshooting reports.
RCA analysis of mechanical seal failures covering under LOPC (Loss of
Primary Containment) forum.
Hands on experience on vibration monitoring tools like CSI EMERSON, SKF,
Rhonds andADASH analyzers and respective Software’s.
Vibration analysis of turbo-machinery using ADRE and Bentley 3500.
Trainingof fellow staff regarding PDM techniques and technologies.
Introducing various advanced condition monitoring technologies and setting up
platforms for acquiring these technologies like Motion Amplification, Modal
Analysis and ODS (Operational Deflection Shape).
Compliance of Inspection plans for Vessels, Tanks and Exchangers.
Creating and Implementing Lubrication analysis plans and Vibration analysis plans of
assets.
Managing In-house Trainings on PSM elements, SOP’s and Other LI’s training
I have been working as a vibration analyst with VA CAT 2 certification.
