Responsible for managing, implementing IT network, software implementation and technical support team
• Project Life cycle Management: scope, timeline, budget, resources, procurement, SLA, change management etc.until final delivery• Participate in developing Network & Telecommunications services strategies, plans, and implements them within the IT Strategy framework.
• Sets up and designs Network & Telecommunication Services architectures and standards. Implements and sets up Internet/Intranet systems (servers, security mechanism, Firewalls, etc.).
• Initiates and maintains network services security policies and procedures for Network & Telecommunications Services and systems in accordance with IT Strategies.
• Participates and investigates in the evaluation and implementation of Network & Telecommunication services solutions (hardware, software, management tools and components) to add value and satisfy to the business requirements.
• Participates in the preparation of feasibility studies and scope of work, reviews proposals for the acquisition of Network & Telecommunications services solutions (hardware and software) to ensure their compatibility with the IT Strategy.
• Liaises with concerned staff and vendors on Network & Telecommunications Services technologies.
• Participates in projects within “team-of-peers” providing expertise in leading edge technologies, insight, directions and alternatives throughout the life cycle of the projects. Participates in testing of evaluated technologies and IT applications
• Excellent working experience with cyberoam, Sonic wall firewalls
• Have working experience with, Peplink Balance & Baracuda
• Installation & Maintaining CC TV and DVR
• Report any misuse of the Fixed Network or core fixed network as a whole which may lead to a loss of revenue to the company.
• Managing & Maintaining of Web Mail Server Using ICEWARP Mail Server
• Providing Remote L1 and L2 support for web servers, File servers, Antivirus servers, Backup servers etc
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of various applications and software’s.
• Ensuring maintenance of Service Level Agreements (SLA) with the Business.
• Technical Support for the users with respect to the system level and WAN & LAN related calls.
• Review of established systems and preview of the up coming technologies’ compatibility
• Onsite supervision of IBS installation, ensure installation Quality.
• Planning, optimizing and overseeing installation and maintenance of complete turn-key cellular network systems for In-Building Solution.
• Pre-planning, Technical Site Surveys, IBS designs, Radio Frequency.
• Conduct site survey for the possible cell site location and assist in doing design report for Implementation
• Assist in handling the RF Drive Test and Optimization activities including Database Parameter Optimization
• Onsite supervision of IBS installation, ensure installation Quality.
• Planning, optimizing and overseeing installation and maintenance of complete turn-key cellular network systems for In-Building Solution.
