Responsibilities:
• Documenting all the procedures and then plan to improve or develop as needed. Favoring the new development.
• Preventing / eliminating the gap from processes.
• Investigating the shipment cycles to get the resolution.
• Guiding the clients about the accurate packaging guidelines if needed.
• Coaching the couriers on how they can pick up, deliver, and handle the shipments if needed.

• Help to implement the process and training.
• Ensure regular submission of investigation reports to management.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, through improvements to function as well as coordination and communication between support and the business functions.
• Spot checks and audits to ensure that all processes are carried out properly in the Warehouse Operations.
• Apply lean management for the process cycle.
• Specifying the shipments according to their specification.
• Assist with the training of new associates to ensure they have the right knowledge to carry out the tasks required.
• Review and update SOPs and metrics as required.
• Manage customer/client escalations and communicate with the driver, customer, and client where necessary.
