• Expert level candidate networking, resume mining, advance Boolean resume web resume searching, candidate and company researching, sourcing, screening and selection skill
• Experience in working with both W2 and third party candidates.
• Experienced sourcing candidates using various methods like direct source, Internet Search, Referrals, Staffing agencies, internal applicant database, groups membership, cold calling.
• Involved in full Recruitment life cycle involving sourcing, identifying, interviewing, screening, formatting and placing personnel in quick terms around time in contract, contract to hire and permanent positions.
• Expert level knowledge of different tax terms like Corp to Corp, w2, 1099 and per diem.
• Strong in salary/rate negotiation skills.
• Conduct Mock interviews whenever required.
• Able to effectively interact with people of diverse backgrounds, culture and personalities.
