I was a sr. resident engineer on the construction supervision team overseeing the delivery of this new sewage treatment plant in Jebel Ali with a capacity of 375 MLD, peak flow of 600MLD, and a budget of 1.6 billion AED. I was DM’s prime point of contact for the construction supervision aspects of the project, including progress reporting, safety, financial recommendations, quality control and design modifications. I built a trusted relationship with the management team and with the client's counterpart staff. Also, established an appropriate working relationship with the contractors. On site, I placed an emphasis on safe construction practices (Target Zero) and on maintaining a high quality of construction. I used effective project management and controls systems to regularly report on progress to the client.

I was the acting Infrastructure and MEP manager on the construction supervision team for the delivery of this AED 5.6 billion project comprising 3000 precast Emirati villas over 450 hectares. Also, directly oversaw all the delivery of the public amenities, electrical substations, and all the infrastructure: sewerage, stormwater, potable water, fire alarm/fighting, irrigation, telecommunication, streetlighting, power (MV & LV), FO works, and distribution substations. He was approved for the following competencies by AADC:

• Electro-Mechanical & Instrumentation Engineer for the Potable Water Network

I was the senior mechanical engineer on the construction supervision team overseeing the upgrade to the sewage treatment plant in Madinat Zayed to 37 MLD. The project included new inlet head works, aeration tanks, clarifiers, sludge drying beds, sodium hypochlorite generation, pump room, and more than 7 km of TSE HDPE line, valve chambers, pipe works (DI, GRP, HDPE, UPVC & GI pipes), electrical room, and diesel generator.
Turnkey Grain Silo & Flour Mills, Yemen Company for Flour Mills & Silos (YCFMS), Yemen (Project Manager), Aug. 2001 - April 2011
I was the project manager for the construction of one the biggest storage grain silos systems in the Middle East, located in Aden, Yemen. The silo has a capacity of 3 × 20, 000 ton (Prado, Spain) with the associated conveying system monitored and controlled via SCADA system. I also delivered a 750 ton/day flour mill and grain silos of 10, 000 and 5, 000 Ton capacity and associated conveying system in Hodeida, Yemen.
