Job Responsibilities:
• Construction supervision of Electrical & MEP systems.
• ICRA & PCRA document reviews and inspections, live hospital survey.
• Reviewing Design/IFC/Shop drawings/Material Submissions etc.
• Attending design workshops with end user.
• Initiating micro programs, Site progress reports, procurement schedules.
• Reviewing Method statements, ITPs, Spare Part lists, Project dossiers etc.
• Preparing and issuing site observation reports & NCRs.
• Witnessing work and material inspections.
• Attending Handover & Training programs.
• Preparing Engineer’s Instructions and responding to RFIs.
• Chairing weekly MEP progress meeting and MOMs.
• Attending weekly Project progress meetings with the client.

• Monitored MEP works in Al Rayyan, Al Qadeem & QNL Stations.
• Monitored MEP works @ Tunnels (Al Rayyan to White Palace stations).
• Monitored QHSSE policies & site implementations.
• Co-ordinated MEP works (stations & tunnel) with Rail system contractor.
• Monitored Installation of station Tunnel ventilation system (TVM).
• Implemented QA/QC Procedures for advanced TQM.
• Prepared and issued Construction surveillance reports (CSR) & NCRs.

• Prepares load schedule according to DEWA regulations.
