-Supervising the Oman branch accounts department including account receivables, account payables and payroll.
-Preparing the budget & financial statements for Oman branch.
-Co-ordination with the branch accountants in UAE and Oman.
-Assisting accounts manager in preparation of draft profit and loss statement and balance sheet.
-Perform general accounts analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, fixed assets, accruals and prepaid expenses.
-Data and system checking, carrying out correspondence and follow-ups with branches.
-Conduct quarterly, semi-annually and yearly internal audit of physical stocks.
-Liaison with the auditors for annual audit of inventory and payables.
-Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
To maintain fixed assets register, addition, deletion, recording gain/loss on disposal, computation of depreciation expenses.
-Issue debit / credit notes with all relevant supporting documents.
-Supervising subordinates, reviewing documents ensuring accuracy and compliance.
