NATURE OF WORKS HANDLED
• Execution of Plumbing & Air conditioning works in Horizontal & Vertical Buildings
• Installation of Plumbing (Water Supply & Drainage) equipments and its accessories
• Quantity take off and timely planning & execution of works within the given budget
• Very good in dealing with suppliers & sub contractors, such as obtaining queries / quotation
• Raising Work Inspection Report on time and submission of reports to planner.
• Assisting Design team in giving inputs such as As built Drawings & Locating the equipments for easy maintenance
• Inline with procurement team for proper estimated material flow
• Giving serious importance to quality and safety measures
• Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.
• Maintaining Business relationship with Client
