Human Resource (Recruitment & Selection)
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
Other HR related duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
Human Resource, Administration
Responsibilities:
Timely initiation and proper compliance of statutory requirements under various labor laws.
Recruiting of workmen as per the selection procedure specified.
Ensuring disbursement of statutory minimum wages, and review of skill grades and wage rates.
Obtaining/generating and maintaining the requisite statutory records relating to attendance, overtime and earnings of all workmen at the site.
Ensuring that overtime work and its payment are in accordance with the statutory requirements.
Arranging hygienic up-keep of labor camps, site canteens, sanitary facilities and rest rooms at all times.
Displaying the specified statutory notices in accordance with labor laws and
updating them, as and when required.
Implementing all rules, procedures, directives applicable under various statutes, prescribed by the Management.
Installing and operating the internal systems of the company in relation to attendance recording, overtime work, wages records.
Reporting the labor strength, attendance, PF Coverage, overtime details, cost information of labor wages and related expenses to MANAGEMENT.

Responsibilities:
Operational works regarding Car Loans, Auto, Personal & Flexi Loans.
Dealing in Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Liabilities, Internet & Phone Banking issues.
Handling customer queries and providing information as per defined standards.
Effective redresser of all customer complaints and providing solutions & escalating problems.
Educating customers about BANK other products and services.
Generating leads and passing them to concerned departments.
Providing feedback to the team leaders about product and process and contribute to the improvement.
Processing paperwork from sales, change of customer details, and closure of accounts and so on.

Responsibilities:
To implement the various company policies pertain to different departments.
Maintaining employee’s files and forms.
Update Leaves and interview matrix.
Follow ups of day to day activities.
Managing databases of employees and scheduling of interviews.

Keep track of scheduling of operational activities.
Maintaining and updating HR information system on daily basis.
Counsel and support supervisors.
Develop and implement human resource plans, guide staff facing obstacles that impede an effective work performance.
Arranging employee training sessions and workshops.
Coordinate scheduled absences, like vacation days, and implement courses of action that compensate for these absences.
Writing and posting job descriptions effectively.
