HAZOP study.

Basic design of receiver and launcher barrels to conduct intelligent pigging for Natural Gas line.

Worked on the in-house design of probes for sample take-off points at various piping for process analyzers.

Projects Delivered:
Piping design/engineering of replacement of process analyzers in Aramco Ras Tanura Refinery. This project includes the
replacement of 55 analyzers having sample piping transportation lines, probes, and associated accessories. The project
execution conducted as per Aramco standards.

Piping Work Group Leader for Sour water stripper and disposal system in Berri Gas Plant.
Performed as Sr. piping engineer for the replacement of process analyzers in Ras Tanura Refinery.

Piping Work group leader for BLCT Phase-II project for the engineering & design of piping system for chemical handling
stations for truck and ship loading at Commercial port Jubail. Major responsibilities included vendor quotes evaluations,
inter-disciplinary checks, engineering document management, existing documents retrieval and client meetings.
Worked on Isobutane synergy project. Engineering/design of pipeline systems for transportation between two plants.
Detailed Engineering Package included piping layout plans, pipe wall thickness calculations, piping isometrics, material
take-off & piping supports as per relevant ASME/ASTM/API codes and standards. During detailed engineering major
responsibilities were inter-disciplinary checks, client coordination, drawings documents management, existing
documents retrieval and client meetings.
Piping engineer for modification of mixed butane line to install an additional control valve. Mechanical package
included piping layout plans, pipe wall thickness calculations, piping isometrics, and material take-off.

Worked on the 3-phase high, medium, and low-pressu re separators, the HP separator having 40mmscfd gas,
14, 500 BPD oil and 500 BPD water flow rates.
Worked on modification of prod. Water lines of 3-phase separator. Detailed engineering included piping layout plans,
pipe wall thickness calculations, piping isometrics, and material take-off.
Developed IFC package for the Gas processing plant according to the specifications as per relevant ASME/ASTM/API
codes and standards.
Checking and reviewing the piping isometric drawings, piping layout plans and material take off received from the
detailed engineering contractor.
Cost & man-hours estimation for engineering packages of flowlines and trunk-lines, TEG dehydration unit and various
