& NDT in Process inspection verification stage from material Identification.
• Perform Surveillance during inspection to verify compliance with specified yard procedure including preheat, inter pass temperature control, and post heat requirements.
• Witnessing dimension check for completed weld as per drawing and Specification.
• Review of NDT reports and Witness of NDT Inspections
• Witnessing of piping chemical flushing wherever required (Ex). Portable water Tanks.
• Witnessing Hydro testing of Piping system and Tanks and pressure.
• Operators are working in accordance with the approved welding procedure.

• Perform quality control through checking testing, Inspection and witnessing of all the maintenance activities to ensure conformance to the existing specifications and drawings as approved by client.
• Conduct rotating and static inspection.
• Doing mechanical inspection on tanks, Thickeners and Vessels.
• Witnessing coupling alignment.
• Rubber lining inspection of tanks and spool through spark testing. Peel test and Visual inspection.
• Ensure that all drawings to be used in fabrication and erection are current revision.
• Record all necessary inspection data.
• Ensure that all NDE (non-destructive examination) requirements are carried-out prior releasing for hydro testing and painting.
• Perform non-destructive test such as DPT and UT gauging.
• Perform all non-destructive tests of welding works at site including shop fabrication.
• Witnessed torquing and conduct BTC on equipment’s manhole covers and drain nozzle covers and all flanges.
• Ensure that all welds were accepted thru acceptance criteria ASME B31.3 and AWS D1.1
• Final inspection of autoclave, tanks, vessels prior to box-up and de blinding points.
• Conduct gasket and rubber lining inspection.
• Assigned to H2S plants, MS and Scrubbers area and line 1 and line 2 HPAL area.
• Review and sign all necessary records and reports.

• Generating and reviewing DWCS (Daily welding control sheet) for welding erection and temporary weld for blinding.
• Conduct toolbox meeting before the start of the activity.
• Allocation of welder and issuance of WCRC.
• Monitoring of Punch list and repair log on site erection.

▪ Studies drawings and other pertinent papers for preparation for fabrication and erection drawings.
▪ Supervise, organize and plan activities to ensure smooth fabrication and construction of structures within the stipulated schedule.
▪ Review technical drawings and advise engineering of any discrepancies before commencement of fabrication works.
▪ Perform MTO and update progressively to ensure proper control of material procurement and usage.

• Organizes and schedules work, assigns job duties and monitor progress to ensure that assigned operations are performed in a smooth and efficient manner.
• Develops, recommends, and implements new procedures and methods to improve welding operations and efficiencies.
• Supervises and manages support personnel as it relates to all projects or related work, establishes performance requirements, clarifies responsibilities of those supervised, conducts performance appraisals and plans for individual employee improvement.
• Keeps co- workers informed of important developments, potential problems, and related information necessary for effective management.

• Ensures the quality of welds we performed.
• Ensures U.T.R.T is 100% passed and no coming repair.
• We always follow the instruction of our foreman so that we ensure the quality of our weld.
• Before welding I clean the metal to make sure that there is no oil, dirt or water and chipper to clean, then after cleaning we can start welding.
• Full weld of frames, brackets, gusset plate, connector plate, beams for pipe rack structure,
• Understand various weld symbols on blueprints and understand size of fillet weld,
• Follow the workplace safety.
• Practice housekeeping in work area.

• Conducts training for welder and trainees in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GTAW) and Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) processes, both structural and piping manpower requirement of a specified project.
• Enforce a competitive and reliable program for welder trainees for various welding processes under strict compliance and applicable design code/standard and project specification in preparation for the actual welder qualification test (WQT). Training program includes both theoretical and practical examination per welding process.
• Performs dimensional and visual check of test specimens and judge them according to applicable codes and standards or project specification.
• Handle and assist Procedure Qualification Tests (PQT), welders and Welding Operators Qualification and Testing Center.
