Mechanical Engineer (Production Engineer) at Dresser Al-rushaid company, Jubail industrial city

Responsibilities:-
1- Handling all production valves such as Safety relief valves which is Consolidated brand and control valves which is Masoneilan brand.
2- Handling valves repair, we do all types of valves repair not only Consolidated and Masoneilan even different brands.
3- Deal with my customers and always make them satisfied by doing the job as per the ASME standards and customer requirements.
4- Valve Assembly.
5- EVT (electronic valve teat).
6- Pre-test.
7- Overhauling.
8- Final test.
9- Organized and prioritized work to complete assignments in a timely, efficient manner. 10- Worked well independently and on a team to solve problems.

Mechanical Engineer (QC)/(QA) inspector with over 1 year experience in Nasser S.Al-Hajri Corporation (NSH) Company (Jubail, Saudi Arabia). I worked in oil wells with Saudi Aramco company and now working in gas wells our company is main contract with Saudi Aramco company so we are handling their project like oil, gas and water wells. I got a full approve from Aramco as piping QC inspector.
Job Responsibilities:
1- Material receiving.
2- Quality of the production line, flare line, pipeline blowdown, Trunk line, flow line and test line. 3- Valves installation pipes fit up, bolt torquing.
4- Hydrostatic testing fluids and lay-up
5- Carried out the communication between project team and client. 6- Maintain a proper on site check for project completion.
7- Study of drawings, specifications and highlighting
Discrepancies if any to superiors.
8- Resolve any issues hampering progress on day to day basis.
9- Ensure that the quality of work done is as per specifications and ISO procedures.
10- Taking care of Company assets like, material, shuttering and machineries.
11- Review the relevant documents prior to start of work. Example : Issue for construction, Project Specification etc.
12- Working on Capps program to upload all the joints for the wells that we have completed, like uploading the RFI, Report master, fit up and welding joint, NDE selection, NDE request, NDE offer joint.

In this project, the performance of direct contact membrane distillation (DCMD) has been investigated experimentally and analytically.
My roles in this project were;
- Installing the thermocouple
- Setting the membrane
- Installing the pump and heat exchanger
- Preparing the solution
- Carrying out experimental work and data collection - Data analysis and report writing
