Job Title/Position : Prod. Sn. Operator / Shift Supervisor
• Coordinated and supervised production daily activities in a safe and efficient manner to meet the daily production Target.
• Performed updating all Procedures as OIMS standard, from mid of 2000 untill the end of 2004.
• Acted Shift Supervisor duties coordinating the implementation of maintenance activities, with operator and maintenace crafts. Work closely with other Cluster Production Unit to maintain the gas flow from Clusters to Point A and Point B.
• Assigned to various job responsibilites which includes Procedure Writer, representing production in plant shut down and start up team. Assumed the responsibility of the Shift Supervisor in his absence.
• Responsibled for a smooth running of the gas processing via DCS, this includes adjusting, controlling, monitoring and quality control to ensure meeting the KPI (Key Production Index, Act accordingly to prevent Plant trip during an upset. Restarting the plant after a trip in accordance to proper procedure. Conduct weekly safety meeting, and monthly emergency fire drill.Responsible for Production morning report, Maintenance daily activity, and submit the report to Shift Supervisor. / Superintendent.
• Worked at NGL (LPG extraction) plant for one year in termof career development.
