- To report regularly to the Client on project progress, potential problems and solutions to any such problems by raising Technical Queries.
- To act as the focal point for communication with Project Site and Client.
- To prepare project schedule and external / internal progress reports.

- Develop procedures for plant maintenance, Instrument Calibration, System upgrade and Installation.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors regarding site modification and installations.
- Participate in maintenance activities during plant shutdowns by coordinating the execution plans for pre-shutdown, shutdown and post-shutdown activities.
- Prepare local and foreign inquiries for procurement of instruments/equipments.
- Communicate with equipment vendors, resolving issues concerning latest technology and up gradation of equipments.
