•Manage and coordinate various activities by multiple disciplines ie. commercial, legal, technical, logistics, finance, and project management for Pars LNG project in order to meet the Final Investment Decision (FID) date in 2008. Ensured all the conditions set out in the Joint-Venture Agreement were met i.e. Upstream development FID achieved on time, GSA signed by a certain target date, etc.
•Major achievements include making inroads for new LNG/gas projects identified in the African region (Ethiopia via Djibouti, Mozambique and Mauritania). In addition, developed excellent coordination among the shareholders of the LNG project in Iran which was missing prior to joining the project.
