Responsibilities:
• To perform constant analysis of produced documentation to check for compliance with Project standards regarding numbering, graphic charts, used symbols & all others aspect related to document quality. To define, set-up, validate and maintain necessary means and tools for the timely preparation of the hand-over of documentation to Operations team • Responsible for Incoming and Outgoing Documents from Consultant, Contractors and Client including the proper distributions of correspondences internally using the ACONEX software workflow implementation or initiation as required • Processing of ACONEX Workflow submittals & generating template for the Project submissions supporting management. • To define, develop, implement & maintain a Document Management plan in Aconex detailing the strategy adopted, the organization set-up as well as the means & tools defined.
