2) Formulation of Recipes for Continual Improvements to existing products (Canned Ice coffee - Milk with Coffee -shelf stable, Turkish coffee (Roast & Ground), Ready to serve (Cappuccino, 3 in 1, 2 in 1) and products development (liquid Ice coffee, instant mix-coffee powders) as per requirements and market needs.
3) Evaluation of Product shelf life and process validations on new products and verification of Finished goods stability test through Accelerated shelf-life testing (ASLT)standards. CCP, OPRP, Commercial sterility study on ice coffee as per GSO & USFDA standards.
4) Managing Quality Control department and assisting other operational departments to establish, implement and Maintain SOPs for continual process improvements (Quality) like Batch Mixing, can’s Seaming, Filling, Bottling, Shelf-life coding, Incubation study, Finished Goods Release, non-conformity Goods handling etc.
5) Managing In house laboratory operations from sampling plan to test report verification for RM, SFM, FG, treated water and handling of NCFG's for Chemical (pH, Conductivity, salinity, Moisture, Water activity, Acidity, Gas Analyzer for Head space), Microbiological (TPC, Y&M, Enterobactericea) Sensory parameters (Particle size-Xray Diffraction, Fast track roasting color, Bean Defects) as per GSO and International country standards.
6) Conducting internal training for staff’s on FSMS 2018, HACCP, HALAL, Process based In-house SOP’s and deviations notices on daily production floor evaluations.
7) Product Registration, Labelling compliance and Chemical & Microbiological Compliance for regulatory requirements of exporting countries (Europe- EFSA-Europe, USFDA- US, FSANZ- Australia & New Zealand, GSO- Gulf nations).
And other basic food safety compliance for Dubai municipality & Codex for food production floor.
