Responsible for Leading a Team of Shift Supervisor and Sr. Technicians during the Day Shift carrying out Instrumentation Maintenance Function in Instrumentation Workshop to ensure that Corrective and Preventative Maintenance activities of Instruments are performed with Correct Standard and in a Safe Timely manner.
Responsible for Design, Develop, Installation, Managing and Maintaining Instrumentation Equipment which is used to Monitor and Control Engineering Systems, Machinery and Process.
Reporting Daily Activities to Department Head (Electrical & Automation) and attending Operation Meeting
Maintaining an Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) with Process Equipments
Shutdown and Periodic Maintenance of Field Instruments
Emergency Support related to DCS (ICSS), Process Equipment and Field Instrument issues
Programming and Configuration in ICSS (Logic, HMI, Alarm, Trends & Historical Reports etc., )
Maintaining a Control System Backups (Programming, Parameters, Archives and Historian etc., )
Calibration, Loop & Interlock Checking of Field Instruments and Analyzers
Attending Engineering / Maintenance Meeting with Managers to review Plant issues
Inventory Management (Spares) for Periodic Maintenance and Annual Shutdown
Creation of Instrument Item Code and Raising Purchase Requisition (PR) in SAP System
Preparation of Scope of Work for Contractor Service to carry out Routine Maintenance and Shutdown Jobs
Work Instruction, Job Safety Analysis, Job Method of Statement, Tool Box Talk and Permit To Work
Toolbox Meetings with Subordinates on Safety Methods of Managing Job Activity Safely & Effectively
