I develop strategic EHS programs that enhance productivity and safety across the GCC and Pakistan, covering operations, projects, data centres, supply chains, offices, and warehouses, all aimed at achieving zero accidents.
I collaborate with various telecom operators, including Batelco, Zain, Vodafone, Omantel, Ooredoo, Du, Etisalat, Mobilink, and CM Pak, to ensure that their EHS requirements are effectively integrated into our projects.

•• Achievements and Accomplishments:
•Created and deployed the Remote EHS Pre-Work Inspection Program, enhancing productivity, reducing driving hours, fatigue, and CO2 / GHG emissions, lowering operational costs, and supporting the organization's goal of achieving zero accidents.
•Created and deployed the Driver and Vehicle Safety Program, which encompassed Intelligent In-Vehicle Monitoring Systems (IVMS), journey management, training, and behaviour monitoring. This initiative led to a significant decrease in driving-related accidents and a reduction in both direct and indirect costs.
•Established and executed the Fall Protection and Lifting Programs per OSHA standards, incorporating a training matrix, coaching, and monitoring. This initiative achieved zero injuries related to work at height and lifting activities.

•Create and disseminate safety standards, safe working methods, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures.
