• Implement the QA/QC management system & supervise, monitor construction and development activities such as urgent site instructions,
procedures, complying to project specifications, method statements, inspection of the monitoring and measuring devices, review all inspection and
testing plans and related activities, follow-up on non- conforming items (NCR), field non-conformity analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with the customer representative on all quality matters and carried all inspection requests, material inspections as per approved quality plan.
• Active Participation in the internal and external Q.M.S audits in order to verify that all the quality process and related activities are in accordance
with the applicable codes and standards.
• Issue Internal NCR's for any non-conformity noticed at site check the Corrective &Containment actions are implemented within the target close out date.
• Performing root causes analysis and proposals of corrective and preventive actions when required.
• Perform daily surveillance at site to ensure whether all concerned Activities are executed as per approved Specifications, Shop Drawings with latest revisions and approved Method Statements.
• Assisting Quality Manager by providing Quality Reports and maintaining Quality Registers/Records.
•Organize Quality Meetings with Subcontractors & site team in order to close out Site surveillance issues, Internal/External IRF comments& Internal/External NCR's.
• Prepare Installation Acceptance Test (IAT) Reports after completion of all IRF's and closure of punch list issues before handing over to the client.
• Supervising the installation of Underfloor Wheel Lathe, Vehicle Washing Machine, Vehicle Lifting Lane, Movable Jacking System, Grinding Vehicle, Horizontal Wheel Lathe, Axle Lathe, Wheel Press, Bogie Turn Table, Wheel Centre Boring Machine, Damper Test Stand, Bearing Removal Equipment, RRV, MTW, ITW etc.
• Attending Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Submitting IR/MAR/MIR/FAT/SAT/CRS etc.
• Conducting concrete mix new trials with client witness as per ACI standards etc.
• Witnessing Slump Test& compressive strength of concrete, NDT, FDT, DFT etc.
• Witnessing of all Asphalt Field Test- GMM, GMB, Core test, Smoothness test, Skid Resistance test with the Client
• Experience in interpreting and verifying of Civil, Structural Electrical, Mechanical (SEM)work on site to complying with project specification before accessing for start of installation activity from Civil Work partner or any related Subsystem

•Coordinate and perform all work inspections (IR), Material Inspections,
Site inspection for reinforcement, formwork etc. prior to pouring of concrete
•Ensured that the Quality of the product being used in the construction as per the project Specification.
• Lead a team of QA/QC Inspectors in performing site surveillance, Field tests, Internal & External IRF's in order to improve project quality performances through various Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
•Organize, implement, conduct and manage the Quality Control Programs as Per the Project Quality Plan, Company Quality Manuals, ASTM, ACI, Codes & Standards.
• Ensure that Non-Conformance Report (NCR) is raised once the activities deviated from the Contract Specifications.
• Control over site equipment by checking the calibration certificates and ensuring that UN-calibrated equipment should be Re calibrated or it should be removed from site.
• Preparation and submission of ITP, MAR, IAT, FAT, SAT & CRS Weekly/Monthly Reports to Quality Manager.

Receiving RFI for inspection of the activity which has been executed on site as per the ITP.
• Carried Inspections, Field density tests, Dry film thickness test, concrete tests, as per project quality plan and project specifications.
• Inspecting all the delivered material as per the project specification.
• Observance of safety requirements and daily site surveillance in order to check work implementation according to specifications and drawings.
•Resolving technical issues with employer's representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities.
•Verifying the invoice for the work done.
•Followed up all the finishing works related to Internal & External of the building

• Coordinating all QA/QC Activity with site QC manager.
