 Implementing quality assurance & control measures as per project specification, client & Stakeholder requirements and ISO 9001:2015.
 Preparation of Project Quality Plan and implementing through the entire project duration
 Facilitating Internal Audits for the project as per schedule.
 Prepare the technical submittals (Material Submittal. Method statement submittal, pre-qualification submittal, etc.)
 Preparation of Monthly Quality dashboard and taking corrective actions where improvements required
 Conducting second party audits for external providers and factory/plant visits as scheduled.
 Inspection of material received on site prior to commencement of the work.
 Ensuring the material testing requirements and testing status as per required frequency.
 Follow up for closing the NCR, observations raised with proper corrective and preventive actions.
