Responsible for the overall quality control activities right from the receipt of raw material, during at various phases and final inspection till it is being dispatched to the site.
To ensure that all accepted/rejected/reworked material are identified and stored separately.
Responsible for the calibration of all measuring equipments as per the plan.
To maintain monthly and yearly production and rework status report.
Discussing the drawing detail with production engineer for the smooth production.
Inspecting all the incoming material based on purchase and delivery order.
Checking templates and approving for mass production.
Solving technical problems during production.
Preparing reports material which comes from site and forwarding to P.E. and G.M.

Preparing daily production report and submitting to site manager.

Achieve the company production scheduled target within the time limit.
Prepare the plan for production based on project completion schedule and follow the plan for production.
Prepare a weekly program of production and assign to the Section Foremen.
Organize weekly meeting for production team of all section foremen and monitor the weekly production progress.
Assist the Technical Department in preparing, modifying and updating the Production Flow Chart.
Monitoring the workers skill.
Observing the common and repetitive problem in production and making the Root Cause Analysis of the same.
Proposing corrective and Preventive Actions.
Testing newly introducing raw material MDF, etc., including Adhesives, Sealants, Polyurethane and Ultra Violet Finishing material.
Analyzing Technical Data Sheets, Material Safety Data Sheets and preparing reports approving/rejecting for mass production.
Preparing monthly and yearly production and rework report with material and labour cost.
Submitting sample of Finishes and maintaining their records.
Providing assistance to draughtsman to Improvising drawing based on our convenience for smooth production and getting approval from the client.
Maintaining delivery schedule date and arranging transport for delivery.
Preparing weekly delivery schedule base on project completion date.
Meeting with client to solve installation problems.
Project study which includes estimation, quantity, calculation wastage, and other parameters.
