• Plan and execute the weekly dispatch plan for local territories in KSA.
• Supervise the sales performance in local distribution centers and fulfil the demand accordingly.
• Attending and engaging in the team meeting to set out the budget and target for the supply chain department.
• Negotiate and finalize with the vendors to get best price and highest quality.
• Plan the oversea suppliers of raw materials and coordinate with the customs for clearance.
• Developing the documentation process of importing new raw material e.g (SABER, MSDS and COA).
•Lead and execute various projects / initiative, which are based on the framework of Business Process Improvement of operational excellence.
•Conduct processes reviews to eliminate duplication of activities and reduction in cost.
•Correct workload balance across process flows and align to staff productivity and SLA’s.
•Develop job profiles and KPIs and process for performance measurement and effective productivity tracking.
