 Serves as the alternate accountable officer for Supply Management Branch.
 Responsible for processing all goods and services as outlined by end user; insures they are
processed and submitted in a timely manner using automation system.
 Responsible for prompt and accurate maintenance of an automated stock record system to
record all gains, losses, demand data, inventory adjustments, and so forth, using automation
system to include a functional file system for administrative correspondence to support audit-trial
accountability, and to maintain formal set of accounting records of supplies. Issuing all R&I’s for
property.
 Responsible for accountability and maintenance of all assigned property.
 Responsible for cross-training all subordinates in all applicable duties/task associated with
warehouse operations, to include full familiarization with the governing Standing Operating
Procedures (SOPs) and all duties pertaining to Supply operations.
 Assures the quality of service (work-in-progress and completed work) under his supervision
conforms to the standing operating procedures, directives and standards.
 Assures that fire protection and safety measures are practices and enforced in all open or closed
storage areas through visual inspection and corrective action on the spot. Refers exceptions or
special cases to supervisor.
