•Competent to check variation orders and measurement of quantities.
•Prepare unit prices benchmarks based on similar or analogous items.
•Prepare and review valuation and payment certificates, reports and check cash flow schedules.
•Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks.
•Advise on a procurement strategy.
•Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
•Close monitoring to administer that our contracted services are properly and professionally rendered to the Client’s satisfaction on timely manner.
•Allocate work to subcontractors and review contractor's payment certificates including review of compilation of all cost items in accordance with agreed and/or approved unit prices and agreed quantity measurement and prepare payment Certificate reports.
•Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
•Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
•understand the implications of health and safety regulations
•Review and undertake quantities measurement when required.
