Campus Management:
• Ensure consistency between Campus Management Strategy in the zone and Group Guidelines
Talent Acquisition:
• Compliance of local Process with Group Policy
• Career Interview with Executives, Expatriates, IHP+LHP+ TCL & Critical position Holders.
• Ensure consistency between Campus Management Strategy in the zone and Group Guidelines
• Deployment of HR Review process (at least once a year)
• Validation of IHPs proposed by Clusters - Support Managers + Cluster HRDs in the management of IDP for IHPs + Key population
• In charge of the succession planning at the Zone level (Comex Population)
• Deployment of Performance Management Process
Training and Development:
• Support local management to develop local talent at Zone/Group level
• Validation of participants for specific Training programs programs(Stretch, Direct, ....)
Compensation & Benefit:
• Final validation of yearly Salary Review for Expatriates and Comex members
• Ensure implementation of C&B policy in compliance with AL HR principles
• Pilot the implementation of the Group LTI programs ( ESOP, ACAS, ARAP)

• Final Validation of Expatriate Package
• Responsible for the implementation of Air Liquide Personnel policies and processes within the Country.
• Responsible for setting & executing the recruitment plan for Air Liquide Egypt.
• Set the standards, and the planning for the training of employees according to needs.
• Securing succession plans for first and second line of management.
• Monitor the performance of employees in Air Liquide Egypt, through the supervision of appraisals.
• Ensure equal opportunity policy for all employees.
• Responsible for setting and executing the compensation strategy for the employees.
• Responsible for all subjects related to employees social insurance with the government & Labour Law.
• Supervise a team of 5 people with different backgrounds and specialization within the HR department.
Procurement for the 5 plants of Air Liquide in Egypt
Main responsibilities
• Carry out sourcing project to find more reliable and/or more economic suppliers
• Supervise efficient follow up of orders from PO to customer delivery
• Monitor and supervise projects to ensure efficiency to achieve regular savings on total spending
• Maintain staff procurement by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing career path
• Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
• Maintain vendor evaluation program by establishing standards; conducting site visits; monitoring compliance
• Ensures that planned delivery date is respected (order or supplier’s acknowledgement).
• Responsible of the Warehouse Department.
• Supervise the proper documentation process for receiving and issuing of materials.
• Responsible for applying all warehouse techniques (i.e. FIFO, Reorder levels whereby a margin is set to reorder items automatically when they reach a certain level).
• Responsible for the related services: (vehicles, office and utilities maintenance)
• During 2005, also Bulk logistic manager -Lead and manage the Bulk Distribution and Logistics
Procurement Supply & Logistic Manager (Supply chain) (Reporting to MAGRABI GM)
• Responsible for planning, purchasing, storage, movement and control of all Imported Frames, Sunglasses, Lenses, Equipment s & Consumable. (3 persons)
• Attending each Year to the two biggest Exhibitions for Frames, Lenses, ext.… In Paris & Milan to get the right goods at the right time to maintain a desired service level at minimum cost.
• Managing Magrabi Optical lab (30 Persons): The Lab transforms semi finished lenses to a finished lens and coated with an anti reflection coating.
• Preparing Purchasing Plan and cash flow.
