• Responsible of dealing with all type of OTC applications in relevant to non-listed and listed companies, such as amendment of names, replacement of cheques/certificates, issuance of allotments & letters, waiver of ownership, Merge/split applications etc..., and act as a Final checker on the application process.
• Responsible of coordinating with the branches and departments on the completion process, rectification of received applications and delivery of pledge cheques.
• Solely responsible to answer, resolve customer queries, enquiries, complaints etc. by effectively coordinating with the relevant supporting departments and ensuring proper follow up till closure.
• Responsible of taking over transaction Encoder on asset management group (AMG) applications.
• Managing Initial Public Offering (IPO’s)
• Responsible of training IPO staff and taking control of the IPO process (Managing more than 50 staff).
• AGM’s and Dividend management. duties include:
• Responsible of supporting client on Annual General (shareholder) Meeting (AGM) services including voting, printing & distribution of dividend cheques, payments and coordinating with Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange (ADX) and Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
• Achieved an innovative integrated Log system, resulting in more than 50% reduction in response time for the processing of client queries and department applications reviews and follow up.
• Responsible of dealing with customers with their queries and ensuring their requirements are met.
• Responsible of following up and meet with leads & set up appointments with prospective clients to learn their needs or concerns and develop a proposal to meet those needs.
• Responsible of nnegotiating with the customer to secure the sale & Quote prices accurately, while completely ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Responsible of mmaintaining customer lists and organize appointments and proposals.
